IT Business Analyst III

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Introduction

This position will enable the efficient execution of Architecture Governance processes by managing IO ASB logistics, governance reviews, Blueprint scheduling and approvals, executive summary development, and recurring Technology Stack SOI reporting. The role helps ensure governance activities are executed consistently, efficiently, and at scale across the portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years experience with Stakeholder coordination
• 4 years Data Synthesis and Analysis
• Experience documenting and improving business and technology processes
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple technology efforts and translate findings into business-focused outcomes and recommendations
• Self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Experience supporting executive reviews, governance forums, and reporting activities
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week
• Due to business need this role requires a specific start date and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
