Description

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Recommend solutions for operational improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems.
• Facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and documentation for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business Analyst certification is a plus.
