IT Business Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $46-51 Per HR
Join a dynamic team in a hybrid role located in Plano, TX as a Contract IT Business Analyst. You will be responsible for overseeing change management processes, ensuring seamless network changes, and collaborating across multiple teams. Key technologies you will work with include project management tools and IT service management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee change governance and risk controls.
- Review and manage high-risk changes to ensure readiness and mitigation planning.
- Coordinate global change activities and validate implementation plans.
- Analyze incidents to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between infrastructure and application teams.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or change management.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams.
- Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills.
