E-Logic is seeking a high-level IT Business Analyst to support the Sacramento County's Department of Technology (DTech). This is a vital leadership role responsible for driving M365 adoption, managing large-scale migrations, and optimizing platform utilization across multiple government business units.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep architectural understanding of the M365 ecosystem and a proven track record of streamlining business processes for large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary champion for M365 across the County. Lead high-impact adoption projects, including department-specific requests and M365 integration facilitation.
- Spearhead the migration of all legacy, on-premises SharePoint Intranet infrastructure over to SharePoint Online (SPO), driving department-level SPO/Teams adoption.
- Lead the transition and replacement of Project Server Online (due to 2026 EOL) specifically for the Department of Transportation.
- Direct AI adoption strategies for the County, focusing specifically on Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
- Partner with DTech Management to establish robust support processes, and collaborate with the Security Office on tenant-level changes.
- Establish and mature a Power Platform development practice and DevOps operational framework.
- Coordinate with Field Services on desktop app support, and work alongside the WEB and ECM teams for their SharePoint administrative needs.
- Keep DTech leadership and County stakeholders strictly informed of M365 roadmap developments and operational impacts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience equivalent to an Information Technology Business Systems Analyst Level I/II within a public sector or enterprise-level environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the M365 suite, SharePoint Online migration strategies, Power Platform governance, and modern AI tools (Copilot).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; you must be comfortable presenting technical roadmaps to executive leadership (CIO level) and training end-users.
