Description:
An eyewear company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to create Business Intelligence Dashboards and provide insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and guide investment decisions across brands, frames, and lenses. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy, enable performance diagnostics, and support ROI-focused planning and optimization. You will drive business intelligence for eyewear brands, ideate and maintain dashboards to support Marketing activities, conduct deep-dive diagnoses providing insights behind performance, act as a strategic partner to brand managers in building monthly business reviews for executive management, manage data analytics of budget planning and optimization, lead data harmonization processes, and manage optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance
4+ years of experience in an analytics position
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key business partners positively impacting business growth
Highly skilled in communicating and presenting results to executives
Intellectual curiosity to proactively explore data, solve problems, challenge existing ways of doing things, formulate new hypotheses, and rigorously analyze them
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Suite
Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, with experience in either Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, or similar BI tool
Ability to drive business intelligence and maintain dashboards to support Marketing activities
Experience conducting deep-dive diagnoses providing insights behind performance
Experience acting as a strategic partner to brand managers in building monthly business reviews for executive management
Experience managing data analytics of budget planning and optimization, including forecasting marketing initiatives' outcomes and ROIs
Experience leading data harmonization processes partnering with Finance, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Business Analytics, and IT
Experience managing optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches, co-designing customer targeting segmentations and measuring effectiveness
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance
4+ years of relevant analytics experience
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
