Job Details Duties & Responsibilities: Know your clients, build and maintain relationships: Develop a deep understanding of your clients'' business function/processes and the technologies that they use Understand the key stakeholders in the client organization, how they operate and make decisions Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders on an individual level and on an organizational level Facilitate conversations when needed to address challenges and issues Identify opportunities where technology can help your clients Engage in clients'' strategy development helping them identify where technology can enable their future vision Develop a deep understanding of your clients'' business challenges help them identify where technology might be the solution Facilitate business requirements gathering Help your clients articulate and document their requirements for technology solutions at a high level initially, and in more detail as they move forward with technology investments Match client needs with the right technology solutions Facilitate conversations with solution providers (engineers) and help clients understand solution options and make investment decisions Broker agreements between clients and solution providers for solution delivery Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Customer focus ability to engage with and listen to clients Business acumen ability to understand the business perspective and speak the language of business including helping clients navigate investments decisions (costs and benefits) Tech savvy general understanding of technologies but without bias for a specific technology solution Facilitation guiding conversations with diverse stakeholders to reach alignment on decisions and forward movement Business analysis ability to identify and document business requirements Strong conceptual structure skills (the ability to deconstruct and organize ideas) Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
