The Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy (Metro Water) was established in 1935 by the Salt Lake City Commission. Metro Water's primary function is to provide reliable, clean drinking water by responsibly managing our resources and proactively planning for the future for our member cities, Salt Lake City and Sandy City.
Metro Water is seeking a full-time IT Business Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Information Technology Department. This is not a technical or IT support/technician role. Instead, the IT Business Operations Assistant ensures the smooth business operations of the IT Department through strong administrative skills, excellent communications, and effective coordination of tasks, projects, and processes. This role also provides support in documenting IT policies and procedures, maintaining inventory of IT assets, preparing reports, and purchasing.
Starting pay is $24.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience.
