About the Role
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with regional leadership to drive strategic priorities, governance, and organizational effectiveness.Lead portfolio and demand management governance across the Americas Commercial Information Technology organization.Align technology investments, business priorities, and delivery roadmaps to maximize business value.Consolidate and maintain visibility of product roadmaps across key Americas markets.Facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions and support informed executive decision-making.Drive standardized ways of working across countries, functions, and product teams.Coordinate planning cycles, governance forums, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.Deliver executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and actionable business insights.Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives across the region.Develop scalable governance frameworks and best practices for global adoption.Essential RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Extensive experience in portfolio management, demand management, project management office, or technology governance.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex global matrix organizations.Strong experience driving strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.Demonstrated success leading organizational change, transformation programs, and adoption of new ways of working.Excellent analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Commitment to Diversity and InclusionNovartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
