Job Title: IT Business Solutions Architect I (Service Delivery Business Analyst)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solutions Architect I to support Telecommunications and Network Services by improving business processes, optimizing service delivery, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive process improvements, reporting, governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and governance standards.
- Reconcile telecommunications inventories with vendor billing and asset management systems.
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs for service requests, incidents, projects, assets, and vendor performance.
- Monitor service quality, operational metrics, and process compliance.
- Manage operational issues, risks, and corrective actions with internal teams and vendors.
- Support continuous improvement and service optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operational Management.
- 5+ years of experience with Telecommunications, Networking, or IT Service Management (ITSM).
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management, and Vendor Billing Analysis.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
