We are looking for a guru‑level Power Platform and SharePoint expert with deep experience developing enterprise‑grade solutions using Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, and other core components of the platform. The ideal candidate will also manage Power Platform and SharePoint administration, ensuring governance, environment management, security, and compliance across both ecosystems.
This role will additionally serve as a Power Platform evangelist, promoting best practices, enabling citizen developers, driving adoption, and guiding the organization toward scalable, high‑value solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years advanced expertise in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).
5+ years'' experience administering Power Platform and SharePoint, including governance, DLP policies, environment management, and security roles.
Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Desired
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, including SPFx, site architecture, permissions, and solution development.
Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder / Power Platform AI capabilities.
Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and guide citizen developers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
