Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to design and implement IT solutions.
Establish and manage effective customer relationships.
Identify interdependencies and functional gaps to align IT and business strategies.
Lead application testing, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.
Analyze incident trends and manage Problem tickets.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and implement actions to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with IT Operations leadership to manage workload and priorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
11-15 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Expertise in IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong familiarity with business processes and compliance with technology standards.
Ability to work independently and lead functional teams or projects.
Preferences:
Experience with ServiceNow and Problem Management processes.
Knowledge of the "5 Why's" methodology for Root Cause Analysis.
