Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask, prioritize requests efficiently, and assist in coordinating IT-related appointments and equipment procurement. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for basic technical issues, including password resets, connectivity problems, and general troubleshooting
  • Manage and track IT service tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within IT systems and documentation
  • Maintain and organize IT inventory, including equipment, supplies, and asset tracking
  • Schedule and coordinate IT appointments, service requests, and equipment distribution
  • Assist with procurement processes by tracking orders, supplies, and vendor-related items
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support general administrative functions within the IT department to ensure efficient operations
