IT Communications Analyst

• 3-4 years of experience creating internal and external communications
• Experience creating training materials
• Experience delivering training
• Experience working with LMS Systems

• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
• Copyedit, proofread, and revise proposed project level communications for all Asylum workstreams
• Design and launch targeted email marketing and awareness campaigns in support the projects
• Create, deploy and maintain SharePoint collaboration site for all end user and training related resources and documentation
• Partner with Corporate Communications function to ensure adherence to defined corporate communication guidelines
