2+ years of experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and JavaScript.
Support integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into CRM workflows to improve productivity and automate business processes.
Develop and enhance AI-driven capabilities such as conversational AI assistants, predictive insights, and automated case processing using Azure OpenAI Service.
Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, perform data migration tasks, and ensure data quality for AI scenarios.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and implement fixes and enhancements to ensure stable and reliable production performance.
