You’ll dive headfirst into cutting-edge tech like Azure cloud, Microsoft Modern work, security, compliance and advanced networking. You’ll work in a tight-knit, team-driven environment. We’re not here to babysit—you’ll have the freedom to own your work, solve complex problems, and grow like crazy. Want to climb the ranks? We’ve got room at the top.

We fuel your ambition with study time for Microsoft certifications, cover your testing costs, and throw in bonuses when you nail those certs. This is your chance to level up, fast.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the tech hero for clients, troubleshooting and crushing hardware, software, and network issues.

- Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud—you name it).

- Keep client networks humming—servers, switches, routers, firewalls, the works.

- Slam-dunk client problems with speed and swagger.

- Escalate the tough stuff to Level 3 (soon to be you) or vendors when needed.

- Lock down client backups, disaster recovery like a pro.

- Team up with Level 1 techs and other problem solvers to keep clients stoked.

- Stay in the loop with clients, delivering updates that keep them smiling.

Who You Are:

- A tech wizard.

- A communication rockstar who can break down tech talk for normal humans.

- A lone wolf when needed, but a pack player at heart.

- A master of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.

- Bonus points for Epicor or ERP know-how, Microsoft certifications, or ConnectWise experience.
