Overview
Sentara Health is seeking a IT Program Director with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, preferably Icertis, to lead the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of enterprise contract management solutions.
This role will serve as the technical and functional owner of the CLM platform, ensuring platform integrity, scalability, and operational excellence within a multi-tenant environment. The IT program Director will partner closely with Legal, IT, platform engineering teams, and external service providers to drive configuration governance, release management, requirements management, and technology roadmap development.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise application architecture, contract lifecycle management platforms, solution governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This individual will play a critical role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring adherence to SDLC standards, security controls, change management processes, and platform best practices. As a recognized subject matter expert, this position will lead complex initiatives, influence technical strategy, provide architectural guidance, and drive continuous improvement efforts that support organizational goals and long-term business outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Certification/Licensure
Experience
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Systems Architecture, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or related technology domains with a Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience supporting, governing, and optimizing enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, with Icertis experience strongly preferred.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, conducting impact assessments, managing change control processes, and coordinating release planning activities within complex application environments.
Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, platform governance standards, configuration management practices, and SDLC processes that support business objectives and operational excellence.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Legal teams, IT teams, vendors, and external service providers to deliver platform enhancements, resolve defects, and support ongoing system optimization.
Strong understanding of application security, role-based access controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), multi-tenant environments, and enterprise governance best practices.
Experience overseeing system integration testing, requirements management, release coordination, and production support activities for enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, provide technical leadership, influence architectural decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams.
