Position: IT Contract Sourcer
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Work Location: Tampa, FL / Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Position Summary

You will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Client by finding exceptional talent. The Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including:
    • Software Engineering
    • Cybersecurity
    • Infrastructure
    • Cloud
    • Data
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Other Enterprise Technology positions
  • Partner closely with Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
  • Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines/networks for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including:
    • Talent availability
    • Competitor activity
    • Market trends
    • Compensation expectations
    • Hiring challenges
  • Help inform hiring strategies and business decisions through recruiting insights.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Understand current technology talent market conditions and maintain knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.
  • Embrace innovative recruiting strategies and digital tools to improve recruitment outcomes.


Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
  • 5 years of professional IT recruiting/sourcing experience.
  • Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency utilizing:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • CRM platforms
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Other sourcing tools to engage and attract talent.
  • Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source candidates, guide hiring decisions, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Technology, and/or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with current laws and legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, including:
    • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

    • Labor relations
