Job Description:
Job Title:IT Controls Analyst
Location:Lisle, IL (Onsite 4 days/week)
Salary Range:$53,000$85,000

About the Role
As an IT Controls Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the
effectiveness of IT controls across the organization. Youll work closely
with internal audit and IT teams to support SOX compliance, lead
remediation efforts, and drive continuous improvement aligned with
industry standards such as COSO, COBIT, and NIST.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Partner with Internal Audit and IT stakeholders to assess control
effectiveness
- Lead remediation efforts and support control owners
- Provide guidance on control operation and audit evidence
requirements
- Participate in SOX control walkthroughs and act as a knowledge
resource
- Support IT Control Owners in maintaining compliance with internal
and external regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance control
efficiency
- Develop training materials and support processes for IT SOX
governance
- Contribute to IT Risk Management program activities
- Provide regular reporting to management on control status and
remediation
- Participate in reviews, projects, and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience with IT General Controls
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts and financial
reporting
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel,
PowerPoint, etc.)
