Job Description
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in hybrid IT infrastructure administration and cybersecurity operations.
- Proficiency in CMMC Level 2 compliance and protecting controlled unclassified government information.
- Experience in administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Experience with configuring firewalls, VPNs, and managing enterprise endpoint detection and response tools.
- Experience in executing vulnerability scans, log reviews, and continuous security threat monitoring.
- Experience with providing hands-on desktop support, server maintenance, and resolving identity access issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT infrastructure maintenance including server upgrades, software updates, and general user support.
- Triage security alerts utilizing SIEM platforms and execute rapid incident response containment activities.
- Administer identity access controls, MFA protocols, and support enterprise CAT/CAC badge deployment projects.
- Prioritize vulnerability remediation efforts and enforce secure configuration baselines across all endpoints.
- Maintain critical compliance documentation and audit evidence to support DFARS, ITAR, and CMMC frameworks.
- Optimize firewall access control lists, VPN configurations, and wireless security to prevent unauthorized activity.
- Deliver proactive hands-on technical support to rapidly resolve critical hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
