IT Data Analyst (IN OFFICE)

Job Summary

The Data Analytics Professional turns business data into clear, actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, analysis, and stakeholder support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes, validates, and interprets data from business systems and reporting sources.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users and leadership.
• Gathers requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Identifies trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Ensures reporting accuracy, documentation, and alignment with business definitions.
• Supports recurring reports, and user guidance on reporting tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.

Experience creating, maintaining and troubleshooting SSRS reports preferred.

Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, SSRS, or other similar platforms preferred.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
