Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise data models using Erwin for OLTP and OLAP environments.
• Create and optimize web application data models focused on scalability and performance.
• Lead data modeling efforts for modernization initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Define and implement data governance and management best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate database technologies on GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand retail business processes and data elements.
• Guide and mentor junior data modelers and architects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
• 4+ years of experience with Erwin Data Modeling tools.
• Expertise in designing OLTP and OLAP data models, including JSON-based structures.
• Experience with GCP database strategies and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong retail domain experience.
• Proven experience in rearchitecting legacy application data models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferences

• Experience with enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience leading data architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Exposure to cloud-native application architectures and distributed systems.
