IT Data Reporting & Program Manager

In this role, the candidate will be directly working for the IT Director and should possess the ability to communicate and present at an executive level. The primary responsibilities include financial reporting, financial analysis for IT, rolling up all IT spend for a total cost of ownership and show backs, managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive data collections and reporting, and understanding contract forecasting. For the right candidate, there is a potential for this role to transition from contract to hire.

A significant aspect of this position involves creating an IT Portfolio Plan, which outlines the structure and composition of the IT Portfolio, including the list of projects, programs, and other initiatives. The candidate will collaborate to develop, manage, and enforce IT portfolio/program/project methodologies and disciplines to ensure strategic alignment with technologies and business goals. Additionally, role includes working together with Enterprose Architect on a governance framework to document portfolio management processes, standards, and governance practices, defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making procedures, and compliance measures.
