IDR is seeking a IT Delivery Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing the planning, driving, supporting, and implementing strategic technology projects within a global hospitality company's innovative technology team.
Position Overview for the IT Delivery Lead:
- Lead and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with technology leads, architects, and business partners.
- Establish program cadence to support delivery teams and ensure the timely delivery of capabilities.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms, programs, and projects, then develop mitigation plans.
- Be accountable for risk and issue mitigation, and communicate progress to PMO, leadership, and executive audiences.
- Build positive relationships within the organization and influence peers through knowledge of technology capabilities and delivery capacity.
Requirements for the IT Delivery Lead:
- Bachelor's Degree, or associate degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in a technology/product environment
- Six (6) years of product or service delivery experience
- Six (6) years of agile delivery management or agile project management experience
- Four (4) years’ experience working with Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Change Management Approach, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches
