Job Description
- Deliver, install, and configure computers
- Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
- Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities
- Communicate effectively with end users and team members
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas
- Travel to different TDOT sites as required, including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines) +
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
