This role supports field technicians, contractors, and vendors during technology implementations and hardware deployments across multiple locations. The position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting activities within tracking systems, validating implementation processes, and assisting with troubleshooting technical issues encountered during deployments. This is not a traditional customer service call center role. Instead, the focus is on supporting technology projects and ensuring successful implementation of hardware and related systems. The specialist will work on multiple concurrent projects that may span different regions and time zones, requiring flexibility and strong organizational skills. In addition to phone support, the role involves updating tracking applications, communicating through email, maintaining documentation, and following established implementation procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
