As a Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cybersecurity and data protection programs. You will monitor security risks, strengthen controls, and work collaboratively with various teams to protect sensitive data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and administering Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls.
- Investigating potential data loss, data exposure, and unauthorized access incidents.
- Supporting Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) initiatives related to AI and Copilot.
- Reviewing the movement, storage, and sharing of sensitive information.
- Participating in third-party and vendor security assessments.
- Supporting cybersecurity audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical staff to address security concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Security certification such as CompTIA Security or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and risk analysis.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with data protection technologies such as DLP, insider risk management tools, and DSPM for AI.
- Experience reviewing and triaging data-related security alerts and escalating incidents according to established procedures.
Preferences
- Certifications: Microsoft SC100, SC200, CEH, or an Associate level CISSP.
- Experience with AI-driven security tools, particularly DSPM platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure security, identity-based access controls, and security automation or scripting.
