Our client, a legitimate and reputable company, is looking for a IT Desktop, Classroom, and Event Tech Support for their Carlisle, PA location.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be supporting audio-visual needs for classes and events, in-person, for the law school’s University Park location which also includes the School of International Affairs. This requires knowledge of general desktop support to aide instructors with podium computer use as well as knowledge of audio-visual systems and related equipment for troubleshooting those integrated systems. Supporting classes and events includes ensuring hybrid and two-location classes classes are connected to Zoom, classroom recordings are operating as expected (including audio levels from the room), event setup is per requester needs, and managing sound and camera operation throughout.
