    3. WINDOWS TROUBLESHOOT KNOWLEDGE

    4. BASIC MAC OS


    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Salary: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

    • 2 years

    Schedule:

    • 8-hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Experience:

    • Help desk/ Desktop Support: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Windows/MacOS: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Active Directory: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Office365: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Ticketing System: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Call Tracking System: 1 year (Preferred)
