For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.

We are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven IT Endpoint Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This position plays a critical role in engineering, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint management solutions across the organization. The IT Endpoint Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient endpoint deployment, configuration, application management, and automation while supporting a modern end-user computing environment.

The IT Endpoint Systems Analyst works closely with Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, and other IT teams to implement endpoint strategies, improve device health, and enhance the overall employee technology experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and endpoint baselines.
  • Manage Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning processes, including enrollment, device naming, deployment profiles, and Endpoint Security Policies (ESP).
  • Package, deploy, and maintain Win32 and MSI applications while coordinating pilot deployments, staged rollouts, validation testing, and rollback planning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Proactive Remediations to automate endpoint management and improve device reliability.
  • Monitor endpoint health, system performance, boot/login metrics, and application stability using available reporting and telemetry tools.
  • Partner with Identity and Infrastructure teams to support device compliance, Conditional Access, security policies, and endpoint trust.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk teams to improve Tier 1 support through documentation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to reduce recurring endpoint issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, change management procedures, and IT best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, systems administration, advanced desktop support, or related IT roles.
  • Experience designing and supporting Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) environments.
  • Experience managing Windows Autopilot deployments and modern device provisioning.
  • Experience packaging and deploying applications using Win32 and MSI technologies.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills with experience developing automation and remediation scripts.
  • Experience implementing staged deployments, pilot testing, change management, and rollback planning.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, endpoint compliance, encryption, and device security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, AZ-900, or equivalent certifications preferred.
