Note: This is not a remote job. Local travel between restaurant locations is required during workday.

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Field Support Specialist to oversee our IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure across our restaurant locations. You will partner with Operations and third-party vendors to ensure 24/7 system uptime, prompt technical support, and seamless day-to-day restaurant technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations & Uptime: Ensure 24/7 reliability for POS, software, hardware, and network systems. Develop disaster plans to maintain business continuity during disruptions.

• Operations Support & Troubleshooting: Partner with Operations Management to prioritize technical issues, troubleshoot user problems, and maintain up-to-date hardware and software.

• Vendor & Asset Management: Source quotes, manage third-party vendors, and report projected costs for system upgrades or replacements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of IT support experience. Experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR) or retail environments is a major plus.

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding operating systems, hardware/software troubleshooting and network architecture.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel between locations.
