Position Summary
Xantrion is seeking customer-focused IT Field Technician to provide dedicated onsite support for a single enterprise client across Northern California. The client will oversee daily work assignments, training, scheduling, performance objectives and operational direction, while Xantrion will remain responsible for employment administration, payroll and benefits. This role is ideal for entry-level technicians who thrive in a highly visible, hands-on support environment and enjoy building strong relationships.
This is a full-time onsite position requiring attendance Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Engineers will operate within a regional hub-and-spoke support model, supporting designated client locations while maintaining responsibility for equipment inventory, asset tracking, and onsite operational readiness from their assigned hub location.
Successful candidates will deliver professional technical support, manage service requests through a ticketing system, coordinate hardware logistics, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across supported locations.
Additional project support will be required during Labor Day weekend as part of a planned deployment effort.
The ability to work on Federal Holidays is also required.
