This is an impressive global company that operates both in the public and private sectors. These opportunities are perfect for support reps with 2+ years of Procurement/Asset Management! Roles slated to start 7/6/26!

IT Hardware/Asset Procurement Support Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of:
  • IT procurement processes
  • Asset lifecycle management
  • Vendor management
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Ability to manage high-volume ticket queues and procurement backlogs
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across global teams

Technical/Functional Experience

• IT hardware procurement (laptops, peripherals, mobility devices)
• Purchase order (PO) lifecycle management
• Inventory/CMDB alignment
• Excel/reporting/data analysis

IT Hardware/Asset Procurement Support Compensation/Schedule/Location:

• The center for this client is open Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm. Candidates must be available for an 8-hour shift during that timeframe.
• These are Full-Time, 40+ hour/week positions
• Roles are slated to start 7/6/2026
• These roles are long term contract with the possibility of going perm at some point.
• Pay is $18-$19/hr to start (FIRM)
• The office is located in North Austin (78753 zip). Training and Roles are onsite. **Hybrid opportunity possible after training.
