SURESTAFF is immediately hiring It Hardware & Multimedia Support  for a company in Lewisville, TX . The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the IT Hardware Team. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $24.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).   Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm  It Hardware & Multimedia Support  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic technical support for hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices
  • Track and maintain inventory of IT equipment; coordinate repairs and replacements as needed
  • Assist with setup and operation of photo and video equipment for trainings, meetings, and events
  • Perform basic photo/video editing using standard tools
  • Support team members with daily operational tasks and carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking principles
    • Familiarity with cameras and entry-level video editing software
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
