Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers with DDS Online Services account creation and access
• Assist with identity verification and address change transactions
• Support digital license issuance inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, management, stakeholders, and business partner

Must Have:
2+ years of Call Center / Customer Service experience
Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with computer applications and standard business software
Ability to handle 65–90 customer calls per day
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience:
Driver's license transaction processing
5+ years in a high-volume call center
4+ years of customer service
Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
Identity verification or credential issuance experience
