IT Help Desk Analyst

We currently have a job opening with one of our Direct Client and need IT Help Desk Analyst with experience in the IT. This is 18-36 Months contract opportunity with Pyramid Consulting Inc and this job is located in Des Moines IA 50391. Please review the job description below.

Important:

1. Training: Approx. 5 weeks, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm CST Monday - Friday
2. Shift Hours: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday, 7:00 am -4:30 pm Saturdays, CST
3. Requirement: Need strong candidates with IT background and call center experience with no shift restrictions.

     
Required Skills:

• Skills-Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to provide technical support to diagnose, analyze, research and resolve moderately complex computer problems while minimizing the impact of service interruptions.
• Must be able to analyze moderately complex error conditions and/or abnormal situations and report malfunctions to management.
• Must have the ability to utilize computer operation system software commands to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues related to application and hardware/peripherals.
• Must have good analytical and decision-making skills.
