Overall Description: The Site IT Support Analyst will be the principle point of contact for technical support remote users throughout the region. This position will provide expertise for server and client infrastructure, software, telecoms and the general network support.
Key Duties:
* The services provided by this role cover problem solving of PC's, laptops, telephones, printers and servers. Microsoft Office, Outlook E-mail, SAP support are needed to provide a high level of user service and satisfaction. The role involves participating in the support of about 250 users on the site. Activities from one day to the next will vary considerably.
* A high consciousness for security is required. It is also essential that the privacy of user and company data is stringently maintained.
* Work with other IT staff on projects and day-to-day tasks.
* Responsible for improving IT systems and processes which requires creativity and innovative input to site management.
* Liaise with and assist IT personnel at other sites as needed.
Experience required:
Must have 2+ years of user support in a multiple-user environment.
Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows network environment.
Must have ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for various IT issues.
The ability to prioritize tasks by importance and urgency and to meet deadlines.
Education / specialized training required:
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred, but not required.
Must have ability to report daily to Mill Hall, PA
