    What you will do:
    Primary Help Desk resource for calls to the MIS Help Desk Extension. Resolve issues, route calls and create service tickets as necessary after trouble-shooting the call. Manages open work orders. Assists in the maintenance of Authorized user accounts required by access requests for the various PRMC systems.

    Preferred Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent

    Required Skills:
    Exposure to PC hardware components, Microsoft Office, ITIL Ticket Tracking Methodology - primarily Incident Management.
     
    Required Experience:
    1 – 3 years of exposure to PC applications and Help Desk Tracking Systems. 
     
    Preferred Experience:
    3 – 5 years of hardware technician experience with exposure to Microsoft Office Applications.
