AMI is seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Support Technician to join the team! The IT Team at AMI provides exceptional customer service and plays a critical role in ensuring a positive patient, provider, and employee experience.

This is a full time, on-site position based in the Galloway office location. Travel to other offices is required based on the responsibilities of the role.
The IT Help Desk Support Technician is responsible for, but not limited to:
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position based in the AMI Galloway office location. Travel to different AMI office locations in Atlantic and Cape May counties & Manahawkin is required as needed. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday with shift times of 8am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5pm. The IT department participates in an on-call rotation approximately every seven (7) to eight (8) weeks to address after-hours issues (includes overnights and weekends). Additional compensation is provided for on-call coverage. Schedules are subject to change based on department needs.
Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent; some IT coursework, certifications, or IT degree is preferred. Qualified candidates have a working knowledge of IT hardware, software and basic network configuration. Candidates must be willing to learn new systems and programs and are able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and demonstrates initiative. Candidates must work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the critical role that IT plays in the patient, provider, and employee experience.
