RQ Construction has an opening for an IT Help Desk Technician based in our Virginia Beach, VA office. This position serves as the primary resource for day-to-day technical support, assisting staff across company offices and active job sites. The role is centered on keeping the workforce running efficiently by diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, and network systems while adhering to company and DoD cybersecurity requirements. Responsibilities include ticket queue management, equipment deployment and upkeep, new hire technology onboarding, and coordinating technology setup at both office and field locations. This position works closely with IT colleagues, project staff, and outside vendors to deliver consistent and secure technology support across the organization.RQ Construction was established in 1996 and has built a strong reputation in commercial and government Design-Build contracting across Southern California. The company now operates nationally with active projects spanning multiple states.
