Pay: $55,000 - $68,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with password resets, account creation, and user management in Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop hardware.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Track, document, and update support tickets accurately.
- Assist with workstation setups for new employees.
- Support basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Must-Have Skills/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
