Position Overview
Launch your IT career with UES, one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in the U.S. We are seeking a Remote IT Help Desk Technician based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CompTIA certification (A+, Network+, or Security+) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in IT.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about technology. As the first point of contact for internal users, you will provide remote technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure employees have reliable access to the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:
Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or an Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical certifications and experience. 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or support related technical role. Proficiency with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business software applications. Proficient in mobile technology e.g. IOS and Android devices. Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware (e.g., routers, switches, VPN). Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to user needs in a timely manner.
Travel Requirements
This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional
travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or
company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business
needs.
