3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations, deployments, infrastructure projects, or field technology operations.
2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.
Experience supporting and managing iOS/iPad devices, including deployment, configuration, enrollment, and troubleshooting through an MDM platform (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
Experience working with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Intune certifications are preferred but not required.
Experience supporting retail store environments.
Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
Experience with Airwatch, Intune or other enterprise MDM platforms.
Experience with POS, payment devices, printers, and store technology.
Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.), application deployment, and end-user troubleshooting. Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity, firewall troubleshooting, anddevice-to-application communication issues. Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
