This position is part of a team responsible for effective and efficient operations of Nordson's IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for driving execution, coordination, documentation, and visibility for Nordson's Vulnerability Management remediation efforts with a primary focus on ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), while aggressively reducing manual effort through automation. The role ensures that vulnerable, non‑standard, and legacy software is identified, governed, and remediated through upgrades, patching, removal, or risk acceptance in alignment with cybersecurity priorities.
This is a delivery‑focused yet automation‑driven role requiring deep ServiceNow expertise (SAM, asset data, workflows) combined with strong technical skills to enable low‑touch, scalable compliance. The role is expected to design and implement automation using PowerShell, Python, and SQL, and to have a solid working understanding of Microsoft M365, Intune, Active Directory, and SCCM to integrate ServiceNow‑driven processes with endpoint, identity, and platform remediation activities.
