IT Infrastructure Leader with Law Firm Experience

= What You'll Do

As a key technology leader, you will:

• Lead IT Operations Excellence
  Oversee Service Desk operations and ticketing workflows, ensuring fast, reliable support and consistent SLA performance.
• Own the End-User Experience
  Manage enterprise-wide device programs (laptops, desktops, mobile), leveraging modern tools like MDM, MAM, and RMM to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Drive Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy
  Provide strategic direction for on-prem and cloud environments, including servers, networks, and platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Champion Modern Workplace Tools
  Optimize collaboration and productivity platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and document management systems.
• Implement Best-in-Class IT Processes
  Lead incident, problem, and change management using ITIL best practices to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
• Partner on Security & Compliance
  Work closely with cybersecurity teams to support risk management, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
• Deliver Measurable Impact
  Establish metrics, reporting, and governance frameworks to continuously improve IT performance and efficiency.
• Inspire and Lead Teams
  Mentor and manage IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.

< What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT operations leadership (10+ years) with increasing responsibility
• Law firm or Big 4 / professional services experience (required)
• Deep expertise in:
  • IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks
  • Enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Endpoint and device management
  • Collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 and Teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
