Responsibilities for the  IT Integration Business Analyst

• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic data connections between internal applications and external business partners.
• Investigate failed transactions, data errors, and system issues and develop solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Coordinate the setup, testing, and rollout of new customer and vendor system connections.
• Support automated product, order, shipping, invoicing, and related business data exchanges.
• Work with business departments to identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated solutions.
• Coordinate multiple technology initiatives while communicating requirements, progress, and issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
