As one of the newest Chenega companies, Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) was developed with the purpose of providing expert Engineering and Technical Support Services to federal customers. 

The IT Integrator will support the following activities: Software Testing, Development of Test Cases, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software Development, and Sustainment in support of NTMPS and its applications, and MYNAVY HR IT SOLUTIONS.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating system integrations between applications/platforms
  • Managing interface dependencies and data flows
  • Supporting migration and cutover activities
  • Troubleshooting integration and connectivity issues
  • Validating end-to-end functionality after deployments
  • Coordinating across infrastructure, development, security, and business teams
  • Supporting configuration management and environment synchronization
  • Assisting with requirements analysis and technical documentation
  • Monitoring integration performance and operational stability
  • Supporting change management and release activities
  • Facilitating testing, validation, and defect resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with operational and security standards
  • Providing technical advisory support to stakeholders and leadership
  • Assisting with vendor/contractor coordination
  • Supporting process improvement and operational modernization efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ Years of relevant technical experience
  • 2+ years of recent (within the last four (4) years) IT Integration Experience
    • Experience with the Navy and the Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) is preferred
    • Experience with SQL
  • Background check

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and identify gaps, risks, and potential defects early in the development process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
