We’re currently hiring an IT Intern, Project Management to support our Information Services team. This 6-month role is designed for someone interested in the project management side of IT, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting technology initiatives, coordinating tasks, and learning how projects move from idea to execution across a healthcare environment.
What you’ll do
- Support IT project teams with coordination of timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
- Assist with tracking project progress, updating status reports, and helping identify risks or delays
- Participate in project meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders
- Help organize project materials including charters, schedules, and communication updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of IT initiatives
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Interested in project management, operations, or IT systems in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable communicating with team members and learning new tools or systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project tools is a plus
