IT Intern - START ASAP!

IT Intern team members needed at the Saratoga Racecourse for the 2026 Saratoga Racing Meet. Technology interns should be available to begin this assignment from late May through September 7, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to build your resume and grow your experience in the Technology field! Must be 18 years old. This role is located in Saratoga Springs, NY. YOU MUST LIVE IN NY to apply for this role. This is a W2 position only. Immediate hire!

Pay Rate: $18.90 

Saratoga Schedule: NOW - 9/7

IT Intern Job Responsibilities: 

• Direct technical assistance and support staff for network, hardware, and software issues. 

• Desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless) 

• Race replay support for all locations. (Press, jockey room, racing, clubhouse, and grandstand.) 

• Meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested. 

• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems. 

• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs. 

• Identify and report system issues to vendors. 

• Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors 

• Box office tickets scanning support. (Gate connectivity, Wi-Fi, Equipment setup etc.) 

• Betting Tablet and IPTV support (Frozen screens, power off, wrong channel etc.) 

IT Intern Qualifications: 

• Prior IT experience.  

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 

• This job requires extensive physical activity: driving a golf cart, climbing stairs, walking, and standing for long periods.
