Complete job description -Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to support our AMS engagement. The role involves providing production support, enhancements, break-fix resolution, and continuous improvement in Oracle Cloud HCM applications with a focus on Integrations and Reporting.
The consultant will work closely with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring timely issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Handle service requests, incident tickets, and change requests related to HCM modules, integrations, and reports.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, HCM Extracts) between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
Develop and enhance OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extract reports as per business requirements.
Perform data correction activities using HDL/HSDL and coordinate data validation with business teams.
Work with Oracle Support on Service Requests (SRs) for product issues or defects.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (Patches/Regression Testing) and assess impact on existing functionality.
Participate in knowledge transition, incident trend analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Document solution design, test scripts, and support procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and proactive issue prevention.
