A high-growth, private equity-backed energy services company is undergoing a major IT transformation after years of operational expansion on legacy infrastructure. With an ERP implementation in progress and executive leadership aligned on the urgency, this newly created role is critical to modernizing IT systems, improving data governance, and enabling scale across all their locations.
This role reports directly to the CFO and works alongside an existing CIO
- Lead and execute a strategic ERP upgrade
- Build a roadmap for IT modernization: systems, infrastructure, security, and data
- Identify and implement automation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, workflow)
- Act as a hands-on technology advisor, driving digital transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce best practices and align business needs with IT delivery
Must-Have Experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale IT projects
- Background in manufacturing or logistics
- Expertise across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and data governance
- Strong change management and business process optimization skills
- Hands-on leader with the ability to roll up sleeves and lead by example
